AKWA IBOM STATE DEPUTY GOV. RESIGNS ABRUPTLY

Akwa Ibom State Deputy Governor, Obong Nsima Ekere, resigned on Wednesday without any official explanation.
His Chief Press Secretary, Inem Ina, confirmed the development on the telephone.
He said Ekere resigned “on personal grounds” and declined to give more details.
